This review is for the special service that technician Justine provided when a rat invaded our garage for the first time in 10 years of ownership. Justine is one of the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable service providers I have ever experienced - across a wide range of service companies. She responded quickly, exterminated the rat that that night and has been following up to make sure we effectively deal with any other "invaders". Highly recommended!
