Carlos is very good at what he does. He went above and beyond. Answered all questions with confidence. He showed me where he installed all termite bait stations and explained the system.

The technicians have incredible knowledge ! I called Dean's because I noticed the tiniest little ants i've ever seen coming in under the kitchen window sill. Over the phone, they said probably 'Ghost Ants' - 👻 🐜

I hadn't heard of them.

When that technician came out, he said they were "Pharaoh ants"

Another ant I haven't heard of.

NO SPRAYING ! 🙏

He used a small amt of Gel at light switch & 3 tiny plastic bait triangles on windows sill. IT WORKED BY THE NEXT MORNING !!

Two more Techs came out to continue prevention of Termites.
