She offered Tuesday at 11 am which was perfect. She arrived on Tuesday on time. Examined the droppings and let me know it was from Palmetto bugs . She applied something that would last a year. Justine is always so polite, professional and friendly. She asked me to write a review. I had trouble following the directions on the postcard so I called deans.
