Thomas (the tech) with Deans Pest Control is great…. I’m still deciding about the company!! Thomas is friendly, responsive and helpful each time he comes out. I just cant decide if Deans Pest Control is the company for me. We live on a lake and I’m not sure they’re meeting my needs. They (Thomas) comes out each time I call when I have issues but I feel like the company just doesn't quite get it? Sooo the 5* are for Thomas — I’d actually give Deans probably 3.5-4* for effort. I do think they try… and they are very nice.

Been with Dean's for 9 months. Dean's has stellar customer service and quick response to all calls. A little pricey on lawn mowing led to 4 stars vs 5. But have no complaints about any service. Excellent!!!
